I have excellent competencies running network meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons over the past 3 years. To date, I have accomplished 8 large scale network meta-analysis projects using R programming software. In addition, I have the capability of doing both frequentist and bayesian network meta-analysis. For searching databases, I have access to several medical databases like Medline, Scopus, Web of Science, Embase, and many others through nation-wide access called "Egyptian Knowledge Bank". Screening of the retrieved results is done on 2 stages. The first stage includes title and abstract screening which is followed by a full-text screening of the potentially eligible articles. During data extraction and analysis a variety of Softwares and techniques are used to yield the most accurate results. I use Endnote reference managing software, Webplot digitizer for data extraction from figures, Excel and R for quantitative synthesis including network meta-analysis, convergence and inconsistency assessment, SUCRA and Rankograms and meta-regression. Finally, I write the results and prepare the manuscript according to the preferred journal guidelines for a fast and effective publication process.
