Work flow goes like Monitoring the server resources like Memory usage, Disk usage, CPU usage, Network usage, Server up state and create appropriate severity ticket and assign to the concern team. These alerts are to be communicated to the concerned team via email or Chat or through phone depending on the process. When needed bridge call is also initiated via webex inviting all the stake holders to address the issue.
