I have a bachelor’s degree in computer science. I have more than 12 years of experience in IT and Telecom domain. Currently I am working as presale consultant- NFVi (cloud, SDN and IP) & Assurance in Ericsson Ireland. I have worked experience from presale to support process, so I have end to end work experience of product life cycle. 

Technically I have work experience in IT, NFVi (Infrastructure) & Assurance (OSS). I have many technical certifications like Juniper, Cisco, Ericsson, Mirantis openstack and VMware. I have completed leadership management course by Ericsson. I have deep knowledge of telecom, cloud infrastructure, software defines networking, IP networks and network assurance.

I have worked with many Teir-1 customer across globe like Optus-Australia, SingTel-Singapore, DoCoMo-Japan, Telefonica-UK,3-Ireland, T-Mobile Poland, AT&T-United states, Mobily-Saudi Arabia, Digicel and many more. I further led the dialog between the entity and multiple large clients that resulted in 4 long-term contracts valued at €8 million.
