She reaffirmed her pledges to enact tax cuts under a "bold strategy" and to assist those being choked by high energy costs "this week." According to British media, a proposal worth tens of billions of pounds to freeze electricity and gas prices, which are expected to soar by 80% in October, is scheduled to be announced on Thursday.
