I have worked in the news media for almost 50 years, as a print and broadcast journalist, TV documentary producer, owner of a public relations firm and adjunct professor of journalism in the Vermont State College system. As the state editor and bureau chief for United Press International, I was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize for national reporting. My work has appeared in hundreds of magazines and publications and virtually every major newspaper in the U.S. I was also nominated for three regional Emmys for documtaries I wrote, produced and narrated for the regional PBS affiliate. I am a fast, accurate writer able to cover virtually anything, a skilled editor and am proficient with a camera. In short, I am a seasoned, versatile professional.
