Life constantly presents us with fascinating experiences. It delights, disrupts, distracts and sometimes destroys. Our ability to make sense of our world, the place we hold in it and how we show up are the ingredients to a fulfilled, enriched and meaningful life. As we enhance our inner journey mastery so we become more competent and confident to engage with world around us. My Journey has taken me from Boardrooms, to moms groups and working with adolescents. I have had the privilege of coaching and facilitating, holding the space for human beings to do what they do best, be human. I have assisted them to make sense of who they are in that moment and who they are growing to be. To do this work I have done a lot of studying and research. Both Academic and through observation of human behavior. My passion lies in sharing this learning and insight.
