As a Registered Dietitian with a Master's in Nutrition, I have experience offering nutrition education through with individuals, groups, and through written materials. My approach is very non-diet with a strong focus on intuitive eating. I do not believe in good and bad foods (fruits and veggies are wonderful and universally considered a healthy option, but that brownie or cookie that some may deem "bad" can be just as beneficial for your mental state of mind at that moment in time) and everything in moderation is truly my mantra when it comes to nutrition education. I have a passion for helping people find how nutritious choices and good taste can be complementary and not something you have to choose between.
