Nutrition Facts labels are mandatory in the United States for many food products or businesses. Even if your company is exempt, it is best to provide customer with information about the amount of calories, fat, sodium, carbohydrates, fiber, sugars and protein in your food product. But labels are not just limited to food products. 

I don't design the entire package. Just the nutrition facts panel.

I will provide you with a FDA compliant Nutrition facts label to add to your food packaging.  I can work from your recipe or from results obtained via lab testing.

What do I need from you:

1- Container (pouch, box, bottles etc...) size in grams.

2- Serving size. Note that the FDA has a table for Recommended Amount Customarily Consumed. PLEASE DON'T MAKE UP YOUR OWN SERVING SIZE. Check the FDA table for more info: https://www.fda.gov/media/102587/download

3-A copy of the lab results obtained from your supplier or from a lab you used. 4- List of ingredients with amount of each ingredient ideally in grams. If it is in

cups, please find out the equivalent in gram.

Files are delivered in JPEG format so you can add it to your packaging.
