Luísa de Castro holds a degree in Nutrition Sciences from the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Porto and has a postgraduate degree in Clinical Nutrition at the same institution. Lover of a healthy lifestyle and early physical excursion, she was a federated swimmer for 6 years and did the Crossfit team's box at Ave Valley, Crossfit N14, OFF Limits Crossfit, Matchbox Crossfit and Crossfit 351. She has a "Nutrition Nutrition Expert" Certified Nutrition Expert and Certified Nutrition Nutrition Expert course, which she enjoys to guide competitive athletes or recreational gymnastics and gymnastics athletes who wish to improve performance or exercise physicists.
