Manage and support Microsoft Office 365 migrations Take ownership of customer migrations from start to finish Support Exchange Online and SharePoint Online Troubleshoot connectivity and client server issues Work with client account managers to assure high quality of service for all clients Become a Trusted Advisor to both our clients and the Account Management team Manage time and follow up with clients in a professional manner Assist teammates with Office 365 issues Identify weaknesses and deficiencies in process and procedures Provide flawless white-glove customer service to our customers and partners
