As the Office Administrator, your role is to ensure the smooth running of our company’s office and contribute in driving sustainable growth. You will undertake administrative tasks to make sure that the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently, and will be coordinating office activities and operations to ensure compliance to company policies. The ideal candidate will be someone who is self-motivated, trustworthy, competent in prioritizing and works well with little supervision. General Admin duties Produce spreadsheets for reporting on CRM system. Manage I.T assets Keeping track of the usage on the online job boards. Online contact management for websites and social media. Office Administrator/coordinator for the office in Gothenburg. Remote administrative support for the office in Stockholm and to employees in the Nordic countries. You will together with the Managing Director of Nordics and head in Gothenburg ensure the smooth running of the company’s office in Gothenburg & Stockholm and contribute in driving sustainable growth. You are a proactive person with excellent planning and prioritizing skills. You are used to working with little supervision and are self-motivated and trustworthy. You have >5 years of experience of administrative work in an international environment. Fluent in Swedish. You have very good English language skills in both writing and conversation. You have experience of working with different cultures and like to work in a dynamic and changing environment. You are placed in Gothenburg and working close to the head of the Gothenburg office who is from Sweden. Managing all sales order processing Working closely with the sales team on compliance Generating various reports Processing monthly expenses for the sales team Inventory management Stock level monitoring and analysis
