For the past 3 years, I have performed a high-level of administrative and customer support to C-level Executives by composing and preparing correspondence, keeping them updated on all affairs relevant to operation and take a lead to motivate young professionals. Also, I had increased my service efficiency on reducing customer complaints, used feedback systems and ended a conversation with confirmed satisfaction. I got attracted as well working in academia as a College Instructor/Practicum Coordinator at a Qualified Government Institution of Philippines and remain committed for continuous learning and professional growth by taking up my (24 units) Master of Science in Business Administration major in Hospitality Management.
