Organize and maintain personnel records Update internal databases Maintain a safe and secure work environment Greets and assists visitors in a courteous, professional manner. Coordinating meetings, including booking rooms, teleconferences, preparation of materials. Responsible for the stocks of office supplies, business cards and a range of items relating to office management duties. Distribute memo and manager notification. Assisting with the day to day operations of the HR Admin Department. Being the first point of contact for all general HR enquiries, administration and correspondence. Ensuring all paperwork received is scanned and stored both electronically and on the employee’s paper file. Providing clerical and administrative support to HR Admin Department. Prepares and distributes job postings from employment requisitions, processes employment applications. Conducts employment verification requests and performs telephone reference checks Explain employment contract, company policies, benefits, and procedures to new employees Process, verify and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee leave of absence. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (overtime, absences, leaves, etc.) Ensuring that all company HR processes and procedures are properly followed.
