Currently, I have gained a total of 6 years experience in a virtual and physical call center office. It included phone inbound/ outbound, email, and live webchat support. A part of these tasks, I handled phone escalation, conducted agent trainings and created user manuals for an account I lead. I was also designated to generate reports which required a lot of editing and data entry. As for my previous work experience, I have done the typical assistant/secretarial jobs in a non-virtual environment and have definitely retained and used what I have learned. Those tasks included email writing, typing, research, scheduling, making follow-ups, organizing files and more. In addition to that, I am computer/internet savvy and used to multitasking job. My main objective is to be a part of a managerial team in a company where I can share my knowledge, skills and ideas that I have acquired through my work experience.
