One of the main responsibilities of my current position is to take part in the recruitment process. While I post job openings and screen resumes for all available positions, I have been personally responsible for leading the search and successfully filling various staff positions in the past year. On average, searches that I have led took less time to fill than those that I have not. I was instrumental in the recent re-branding initiative for our school, which included updating the company logo and the creation and distribution of new business cards to 200 employees. I also took part in the revision and editing of our employee handbook, which now includes an anti-bullying policy that I personally drafted. I am an HR professional whose strength lies in the ability to provide thorough, detailed results in a timely and efficient manner. I'm highly organized and creative, able to convey a professional yet personable tone through my words.
