I acted as the Director of Admin for an exclusive speakers and authors networking group for 3 years. I also worked as the support person to members and assistant to the CEO of group. Some of the duties are as follows.Email management, banking, record keeping, shopping cart management, survey creator, research, doc creating in Google and Excel, transcribing monthly calls, helped plan events, booking travel arrangements, sendoutcard, kept all member info current, managed payment gateway, merchant account, processed payments, found and managed all vendors and services we used.
