With over 30 years office administration and bookkeeping experience in a variety of industries, I am well qualified to take on most bookkeeping tasks efficiently and accurately. I also have excellent writing skills and I have been responsible for setting up accounting procedures and office systems for several companies, one of which went public in a little over three years. I have also overseen several software conversions and updates, and set up the chart of accounts for several companies. I am proficient in QuickBooks (both standard and online versions), Excel, Word and have extensive experience in both APS and ADP Payroll systems. Most recently I established, implemented and supervised the accounting, payroll and administrative processes and procedures for a start-up oil and gas company. In only eight years the company now has over 200 employees. I learn very quickly and bring a great deal of experience and expertise to any task I take on.
