When employed for an apartment management firm, I created a form format for which payroll information was keyed into a form and billed to each site. Information that would calculate automatically that was included in the billing was information such as benefits (employers portion of the health, life, and dental insurance, as well as the payroll taxes, calculating employees portion of the insurance, and streamlining the self-insured portion of the health insurance. This was a major endeavor that took extensive planning and development but resulted in streamlined operations where information was keyed only once and could be sorted and reported only in the formats that were useful to the person receiving the information.
