At my current job at a medical device manufacturing company, I directly support multiple executives including the Quality Manager, Director of Corporate Development, Operations Manager, and Director of R&D. I’ve organized regulatory compliance projects and coordinated weekly meetings with Top Management. I created an on-boarding program to reduce the turnover rate and developed new ways of managing procedures.
