Project Management Elements & Controls Implementation and Identification of Critical Activities for Schedule Control Managing Project Scope, Cost, Quality and HSE Requirements as per Company Policy and Ensuring Timely Availability of Engineering Deliverables, Risk Documentation and Construction Packages Project Progress & KPI Reporting, Risk Assessment & Management, Day-to-Day Project Tasks Management etc. Contract Holder, Contract Administration and Contractor / Stakeholders’ Management in Compliance with Company HSE Policy and Project Management Systems Project & Contract Commercial Management such as AFE Approvals, CTR Approvals, Invoice Approvals, Progress & Cost Tracking etc Liaison with Construction & Commissioning Teams during Project Execution. Follow-up with Commissioning Team for Project Close-outs, Punch List Activities and Redline Markups for As-built Documentation
