I started studying drawing and painting as a hobby in 2011 by taking weekly classes at JArt Studio Gallery in Baden, Switzerland. In the same year I enrolled in a one week, portrait drawing course (from life) at the Art Students League in New York City. During 2012-2013 I continued my studies with Timothy Stotz and Michelle Tully at Studio Escalier in France, where I learned how to draw and paint the figure, in their Summer and Autumn Intensive Programs. My work is inspired by everyday life and is carried out using traditional oil painting techniques.
