What I offer:- Project Management: I have experience with ClickUp, Asana, Slack, Monday. I'm a fast learner so whatever CRM system you use I can figure it out. I currently use Asana for project management, and Pipedrive to track leads and sales.

- Onboarding and Offboarding of clients- Team Management: I love working with a team, but I also love working alone. As a former team manager, I have experience overseeing a team of 12.Currently, I manage a team of 5 for a creative marketing agency and recently hired 2 additional social media freelancers through Upwork.- 

Systemized Workflows- Customer Relationship Management: I can create a customer workflow process that turns leads into customer. Previously I have used Pipedrive to accomplish this.

- Company Organization: I will create, or update SOPs as needed. SOP development/management, database development/management, digital file storage management, project management system development/management, vendor management

- Bookkeeping: I am an avid user of Quickbooks both personally and professionally
