- Provided accounting and technical assistance to clients, resolved issues via chat by providing step by step resolution but if the issue requires level 2 assistance, then a ticket is created for callback and remote login. - Assisted clients in doing accounting entries for Office/General Accounts or Trust Accounts and for the ledger that is out of balance especially in doing trust bank reconciliation. - Help client in identifying and rectifying the issues on their journals not syncing with MYOB OR XERO - Assisted clients with document automation issues like merge field not populated on settlement sheet, precedents, legal documents, invoices, statements or any document template. - Resolved issues when it comes to their legal precedents’ errors or computations. - Sent emails to provide resolution to customers for easy fixes. - Provided technical assistance and troubleshoot the issues related to software. - I also managed the queue everyday, checked duplicate cases, sending emails with the resolution, data entries for blank cases if customers not listed in the database. - I am the first line of defense so I made sure that issues or queries were resolved or fixed on the first contact.
