I bring the most premium personal training experience to you virtually.


I try to ensure the quality of coaching is better than in-person training. While you may only see your trainer 3 times a week, with online coaching I am in your pocket 24/7 ensuring you are reminded of your daily nutrition goals and are not veered off course. I schedule bi-weekly calls with clients to check in and ensure accountability, intentional goal setting, and habit reviews. FLOW with your life, not against it. By ensuring ease of communication and having an app to connect professionally, we are able to ensure you can focus every day on small habits. In 6 months, you would have seamlessly adopted enough habits that will change your body and mind.  

My offer is not for people who are unwilling to be open to change and embrace their mistakes and admit that the way they have been doing things might be wrong and potentially sabotaging their bodies. It is also not for people who would much rather put their faith in fads, promos, and dramatization as opposed to factual, evidenced-based truths about nutrition and fitness.


You must still be willing to work hard, challenge yourself and make changes to how you approach your day-to-day life. There is a very real possibility you might have to give up certain belief systems that have been ingrained in you from a young age, or by your culture. It’s hard, but it’s not impossible with the systems we have used to create the body that you seek and still be a socially active person, but never a socially reckless one.
