1. Conceptualization and flow of the event
2. Content finalization. This will be done in collaboration with the client
3. Material development - Invites, banners, posts.
4. Vendors will have to be provided by the company. Research for vendors can be done. Negotiations and finalization to be done by the company.
5. Research for platforms if required for hosting online events.
6. Posting on event sites such as eventbrite etc.
7. Platform management during the event
8. Feedback from participants

Deliverables

1. Event Conceptualization including objectives, theme, duration, speakers.
2. Event project plan
3. Event banner, invites for whatsapp, insta, facebook and linkedin using Canva. Total set of four will be provided.
4. Posting of events on event websites (monitoring not included.)
5. Setting up the event on zoom or equivalent.
6. Invites to participants.
7. Managing the event on zoom event or any other platform.
8. Thank you email and google feedback form design.
