Hi Everyone, my name is Aashay. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Female Fitness and Special Population Trainer certified by Gold's Gym Fitness Institute. I have done this course because I am very interested in learning about Human Science like how our human body works and how different muscles work together to perform a single action. I'm very passionate about helping other peoples to achieve their fitness goals especially common people/lay people who have a sedentary lifestyle and those who have an office work and don't have enough time to even pay attention to themselves then how they will consume 5-6 meals daily and go to the gym to achieve their goals. So I will provide workout plan according to your fitness level and diet plan according to your goals and office timing, work, etc. and will share my best tips, tricks and advice regarding health that you will never get anywhere else.
