I have experience as a National Customer Service Trainer coaching on topics centered around customer relations, team development and sales and marketing. I have additional experience in other industries as well; working closely with both the company team members and their clients. I have written and re-wrote/edited manuals as it relates to standard operating procedures, customer service, on-boarding and sales. I have also organized virtual sales calls, voice over calls and training tutorials for sales teams across the United States. I have participated in talent development projects within the before mentioned industries as well as other arenas. I have written online blogs for different websites including my very own. Working with many individuals with many different personalities and needs has led me to have an increased aspiration to uplift others. In my experience I have learned that leadership and customer service are about being genuine in choosing the right words to say at the right time. I am a firm believer in: "It's not what you say, it's how you say it."
