I will manage all discrepancy reports from OSD reports gathered from receiving inspection and from site punches or trouble reports then discuss with QC & Engineering on the acceptability (or rejection) of materials with discrepancies basing on global standard and client's criteria.
Will efficiently prepare, send for approval and submit claims to corresponding entities and follow-up status as per individual material exception report countermeasures and material site required dates.
Material exception claims will be sequenced per discipline and as according to PO/Shipment number for easy coordination (believe me, it is very efficient this way)
Leads periodic coordination online meetings with vendors, Procurement, Subcontracts, PMT and other disciplines to discuss materials status and re-delivery schedules (under DPP).
Coordinates directly with the site Materials Manager and applicable disciplines for the proper closing of reports.
Ensures all materials required are in the warehouse and ready for issuance anytime.
