    • Coached internal project team in delivery of a major reliability improvement project for a global oil and gas company. The project implemented 16 initiatives involving 180 client staff over a one year period with an estimated benefit of $70 million.



    • Lead problem solving sessions for a gas producer that identified $16 million in increased production.
