- Developing, implementing and managing an efficient lead management system for the company. 
- Engaging with leads, discussing their requirements and managing customer accounts as key account manager. 
- Managing resurrection campaigns and minimizing churn among leads and clients. 
- Developing, modifying and optimizing SOPs for operations and business development functions. 
- Performing roles as Admin for various company accounts on platforms including Microsoft 365, Zoho Survey, TimeDoctor etc. 
- Developing and implementing bookkeeping methods and SOPs including master sheets and ledgers. 
- Providing IT support during live classes and regular course development.
