Worked with Barnes and Noble Southwest Market to become the number one in the company in customer loyalty and digital Business to Business sales of it's Nook platform.Worked with Meijer stores out of Michigan keep their remodel budgets in line under budget and on time.Worked with an upstart gourmet chocolate and wine bar in media events by doing television promos and radio interviews. Also helped them procure funding to open their third store in an upstart area. Worked for Pepsico in their YUM branded food industries to help with store turn around and coaching and hiring management to enforce a positive culture for increased sales through strong training and great customer loyalty building. Same store sales increased over 20% in every store I worked with.
