My present position as the Director of Global Operations with Telecare Support Inc has taught me the significance of clear communication and people management over the phone. In my current role, I oversee the Operations of Telecare for both Virtual Assistant service and Appointment Setting service Globally. I have 13 Operations Manager in 13 different countries who report directly to me about their operations status in their respective country.
