1.Processing Payroll for the company which is done via Excel. All sales data would be added to the sheet and with several formulas data and products would match names and pay out then be calculated and then provided to the accounts and finance team for approval. 2.ensure standard office procedures and practices is maintained in every department. 3.Daily , Weekly , monthly and quarterly review of Sales performance. Communicating with the training team to ensure all our experts are being trained and up-skilled as often as possible to ensure efficient and quality sales persons are always being the first contact for our clients. 4.ensure accountability to staff for responsibilities in efficiency and accuracy of work; including coaching, encouragement, improvement plans as necessary. Sales leaders and experts 5.Work collaboratively with HR for orientation and training for staff as needed. 6.Work collaboratively with Recruiting team for selection process of new staff.
