Operations Manager

Recruiting Team-members, motivating and training the staff, building healthy relationships with business partners, creating and meeting budgets, problem solving employee relations and technical issues, inventory management, maintaining and troubleshooting POS systems,Hire, train, and manage employees. Utilize and maintain payroll and HR systems, including but not limited to attendance tracking and payroll processing. Maintaining operational budgets. Inventory management. Strong professional relationship with host company. Creating and exceeding company goals. Motivate employees and support team leaders. Generate monthly and weekly reports when due. Create weekly work schedule. Managing labor while controlling cost and generating revenue. Customer service recovery expert.Work with IT to restore and improve programs and equipmentManage and supervise staff of 35-40 people. Provide a high level of customer service. Forecasts needs for daily operations and special projects. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Multitask and quick, clear thinker daily.
