For the past 8 years I have held Database and IT Support Specialist positions and have skills in the following:
 - Database administration including backups, recovery, refresh, SQL queries and script execution.  Experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, multitenancy, Oracle 19c through 12c, Enterprise manager 13r4 through 12.
 - IT help desk experience including troubleshooting, active directory security and privileges, software    installation, research, mobile support, and vpn access. 

- Years of customer service and healthcare industry experience as well
- Comptia A+ Certified - Microsoft Access, Excel, and Project
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe Products including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

 I graduated from Erie Community College with an Associate’s degree in Information Technology coupled with a  previous Bachelor of Science in Media Arts and Animation. I’ve worked in environments where attention to detail, adaptation, and troubleshooting skills are essential. In my spare time I create and edit videos for fun and would love to make a little money doing that too!
