• Develop and modify reports for Oracle R12.1.3 (GL, AP, AR and

PO Modules) using Oracle report developer 10g and Oracle BI publisher.

• Oracle Apps Alert implementation.
• Provide Technical support to Oracle Apps users.
• System administration for EBS R12 (Report Integration, User creation, Responsibilities and menus creation etc.)
• Raising and following up with Service Requests in coordination with the functional team.
• Apex BI Development (Sales, Manufacturing, GL, AP, Quality, Finance, Maintenance and HRMS)
• Database and application-level patch.
• Database restoration.
• Maintenance of the company's official website based on PHP/WordPress.

Train and help newly hired employees.
