Perform Detail Business Analysis to identify Process Gaps with reference to Standard Best Practices and outline potential remedies to support Process optimisation Document AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes for clients as per Oracle best practices. Support Management in designing Chart of Accounts based on accounting standards, company accounting policies and company specific reporting requirements Define Subledger Account Derivation Rules to ensure accounting treatment complied with accounting standards and and support reporting requirements Aid business users to prepare Financials and Supply Chain Master & Transactional Data, transform and validate it. I.e Supplier Maintenance, Customer Maintenance, Bank Maintenance including opening transitions as part of initial migrations to new system Conduct UATs, Trainings, Prototypes of Oracle system to business users for financial and supply chain modules Aid business users in creation of daily transaction such as Payable invoicing, receivable invoicing, Payments, Receipts, Bank Reconciliations, Asset Addition, Retirement and etc. Perform month end closing with Finance team and ensure all transactions are dealt and accounted correctly, monthly reconciliations are performed (Like Subledger to General Ledger reconciliation) and financials are timely reported. Perform Inventory Ledger Reconciliation with General Ledger and Inventory Counts. Perform relevant reconciliations on agreed intervals inclusion Supplier Ledger, Inventory, Fixed asset register are all reconciled with General Ledger. Implemented IFRS16 Lease accounting in Gerry’s dnata and automated the process with the help Oracle Assets Design and Generate Financials & Management Reporting from Oracle. Implemented OPEX, CAPEX and Revenue Budgets in Gerry’s dnata and enforced system driven controls in Oracle to track and monitor fund and balances. Design and Generate Budget vs Actual comparative report to analyse variances.
