  • Client facing reports
  • Process trainer for new comers
  • Subject Matter Expert
  • Conducts daily team meeting
  • Providing root-cause analysis reports daily
  • Conducts reviewing of contracts for end customer
  • Check for completeness and accuracy of information
  • Uploading contract into the system 
  • Scheduling and booking engineers visit for customers
  • Collaborate with client to address data inconsistencies
  • Respond and implement solution to escalations
