Numerous studies have indicated that 70% or more of projects fail to deliver desired outcomes due to inadequate consideration of individual and organizational behavioral change. Establishing well-considered strategic goals and objectives, setting in place necessary policies and processes, and providing the necessary tools and resources (such as appropriate information technology) is rarely sufficient without a fully supportive and engaged workforce. Change management has been a necessary part of my 20+ years of management consulting. Based in part from that experience, I co-authored "Chasing Change: Building Organizational Capacity in a Turbulent Environment," (Wiley, 2009). I am certified in Prosci Organizational Change Management and have available the complete Prosci toolset reflecting many years of use and development in organizations worldwide.
