Experience-based private consulting focused on positive culture transformation. As a former CEO, serial entrepreneur, multi-disciplinary consultant with a background in individual and group behavior management, I bring a unique set of skills and experience to the process of culture transformation. Leadership development, change management and executive coaching are not treated as separate processes, but rather integral parts of developing and tailoring the dynamic culture that best suits the characteristics and character of any given organization. This is accomplished in four phases, which undertake in building-block fashion to sequentially educate, evaluate, elevate and ultimately perpetuate the optimum culture for each particular client organization. Positive culture change is at once the greatest opportunity and most direct path to improved organizational performance for the vast majority of enterprises--and it’s therapeutic even in small doses. And yet, culture is hands-down the least understood and most chronically under-managed attribute of a vast majority of organizations. But the experts have long told us that culture is the most difficult organizational attribute to change. Tackling such a project may not take a village, but it definitely requires the assistance of a guru!
