In addition to the technical skills defined in my profile, I also have the experience of working for a major corporation (IBM) for over 30 years where I took on multiple complex and challenging assignments. I am now semi-retired and looking to make use my all abilities. I can provide a detailed resume upon request. My professional background includes; technical training and problem solving as a service representative for both external and internal customers. I have experiences working in the field as well as internal training centers, Divisional Headquarters and Corp Headquarters. I've taught numerous applications to IBM employees. I've project managed multiple distance learning and eLearning initiatives from Learning Centers to technologies to supporting applications (e.g. Lotus Learning Management System) to content management and migration. I’ve supported two major internal applications (Global Learning Data Mart or GLDM and Learning@IBM Explorer) at the Tier 2 level.
