I am self-taught in computers. With over 10 years experience, I have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and file attachments, Windows 7, Vista and XP, etc. I have experience with hardware and software removal, installation, upgrades and networking. My strength is that I am computer savvy. I am self-trained and enjoy working with computers and taking on new challenges. I am currently teaching a basic computer class.
