I am the co-creator/artist of the popular nationally syndicated comic strip 'BALDO' which appears in over 200 newspapers nationwide and is read by millions every day. 'Baldo' was launched in April of 2000 by Universal Press Syndicate and made history as the first-ever Hispanic family comic strip. Baldo went on to become the syndicate's fourth most successful launch in it's thirty year history, and one of the most successful comic strip launches of the year, overall. In 2002, I also served as executive producer in the production of thirteen, 30 minute animated Baldo TV episodes. I specialize in creating memorable, original character design and illustrations for animation, logos, books, magazines, advertising and interactive media projects.
