I am a self taught artist in graphite and charcoal. I received my B.S. in Marine Biology and my M.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University. During college, I sketched many dissections for use as study guides. As a graduate student, I was the teaching assistant and coordinator for a Natural History of Vertebrates lab, and made my sketches available to my students. This inspired me to take my work to the next level.I have a grounded knowledge of vertebrate anatomy and physiology, which is evident in my work. I am a detail oriented person, and pride myself on meeting deadlines with a quality product that exceeds my client's expectations.Because I work during the day, I prefer email communication whenever possible. Otherwise, I am available by phone in the evenings.Thank you and I look forward to speaking with you about your project! I am passionate about biological sketching, and possess exceptional skill in creating works with dimensionality and text
