Permit Process - includes research of City Planning, Zoning & Development issues as well as obtaining and completing all the required permits to start the project. Estimating - Solicit bids from licensed, bonded and established subcontractors and vendors who can complete the project within your budget. Project Management – Schedule and keep track of all subs & vendors to ensure that the project goes smoothly and is completed on time and on budget.
