I develop reports for customers using the Crystal Reports product with an eye for functionality and proficiency. I also consult customers on ways to improve their reports through performance or usability. With over 12 years experience as a Crystal Report writer/developer, I am a seasoned pro who has proven herself in the field from Crystal Report trainer to full time consultant. My expertise lies in creating complex reports that have many formulas or complicated design requirements. Having worked in a multitude of divisions within the Crystal Decisions company including the customer support/help desk, there isn’t much I haven’t seen when it comes to report design. I am also skilled in database admin and have created reports against many different databases including Access, SQL and Oracle.
