PROGRAMMING PROJECTS The Ontario Fire Information Program Worked as part of a team to develop the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources F.I. System. Designed to track current and past fire locations and the location and status of fire crews, fixed wing aircraft, helicopters and equipment. This program is a multi-user system developed for a VAX computer using VAX Basic as a programming language with calls to Datatrieve for a data access. The program was setup on a regional network where field offices could login either through dial-up modem or a network link. The Client Billing Program Produced for Social Work Agencies of Thunder Bay, it is a POS system which processes and invoices clients on a real time basis. The program also produces monthly statements for those clients with an outstanding balance and various reports such as transaction summary, waiting list and accounts receivable.
