My first experiences in IT sector begins in age of student of Physics in Sarajevo where I used to collaborate with local company on development of ERP software addressed to small production and commercial companies. After my arrival to Italy (1995-1999) I worked for non-profit agencies on social projects addressed to ease integration process of immigrants in Italy then after 1999 I started to work in IT sector. First experiences I maturated as outsourcing resource in various projects. In 2003 I had an opportunity to participate in a project dealing with commercial product and to mature experiences of product development process of enterprise like IBM. During 2005-2010 I was involved in development of product line addressed to assist customer flow composed of components both hardware and software that reached 25-30% of turnover of company.
