For the lasst 6 years I've been working on Java and .Net applications for the oil industry. This includes all aspects of the development process from initial requirements gathering through support. A few samples - Java daemon application running on Linux to monitor leaks on the pipelines. Used to raise alarms at the controllers consoles. - .Net web application to pull in information from SAP, Mainframe DB2 and Oracle Pricing aplication to summaries and present to end users. - Automate data updates from service station pricing system and dealer system to PriceNet application using Oracle Advanced queuing, XML/XSL, and SFTP.
