Worked on a Railroad integration project, The task was to develop C code and Sybase stored procedures to allow the input of Automated Equipment Information (AEI) in the T94 EDI format into the New Roads's system. Platforms used were DEC VAX VMS and Alpha Unix. We modified all the necessary C code and Com files on the VAX and the stored procedures for the Sybase. Then migrated Sybase from version 4.9 on the VMS VAX to a Sun Unix 11.03 then to a DEC Alpha UNIX Sybase 11.03. Also used CICS to validate that the Sybase information was being moved to the IMS and DB2 databases via the information put on the MQ. Wrote the design documentation for the mapping of the T94 EDI into the Sybase database. (C, Com files DCL, VAX VMS, T94 EDI, Sybase SQL, Stored procedures, CICS, Unix Korn Shell, Alpha, Sun) Worked using a RIS6000 AIX/Unix system for Maintaining and developing mortgage applications, converting to online from a TARTAIN data entry system.
